Yeah it's City General just think of the place and the City will lead you there....nah you'd have to take him if you're livin in one of the Buildings there's a Janitor's Closet near the main entrance they have a few different types of carts and wagons inside of them in case you need one to haul something to big to carry and yeah some of them are big enough to put a guy into.

I was just pondering if someone had poisoned him. In this City... strange things happen. I would not be surprised if the entire water system is poisoned. It has happened with beer and blood... why not poison?
